You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after receiving the goods.

For your return to be accepted, the item must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• returned in its original packaging

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

The return shipping costs may be paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns must be registered in advance by email. Items that are used or damaged may be excluded from return.
